Blackhole Copilot Inc

We are building for the human side of progress.

Our work begins with a simple belief: people make better career decisions when their evidence, conversations, and direction are easier to see.

Why Blackhole exists

A job search creates valuable signals. Too often, they disappear.

Applications live in one tool, recruiter conversations in another, interview notes somewhere else, and the long-term career plan mostly in your head.

Blackhole JMS is our answer: a connected workspace that helps job seekers preserve context, recognise patterns, and approach the next decision with more clarity.

We are building the platform iteratively. That means being direct about what is available, what is assisted, and what remains part of the roadmap.

How we work

Principles before features.

These commitments shape the product, the language around it, and the decisions we make as it grows.

Start with the person

A job search is lived experience, not a funnel. We design for agency, dignity, and the reality behind every career decision.

Make complexity legible

Good tools reduce the effort required to understand a situation without hiding the evidence or trade-offs.

Earn trust through boundaries

We say what assistance can and cannot do, avoid fabricated certainty, and keep consequential choices with people.

Treat privacy as product work

Career records are sensitive. Access, retention, and data use deserve deliberate design-not an afterthought.

Responsible intelligence

AI should make your reasoning stronger-not invisible.

We see AI as a collaborator for structure, comparison, practice, and reflection. Outputs need review, sensitive inputs need care, and the person affected by a decision should stay in control.

Our product commitment

  • Explain when a capability is assisted or still evolving.
  • Preserve the source context behind important suggestions.
  • Avoid autonomous applications, messages, or career decisions.
  • Design privacy controls alongside-not after-new intelligence.

Help shape a clearer career experience

Have a workflow, frustration, or perspective we should understand? We would like to hear it.
